Then it might say that the animals are preserving the life itself of the humanity, but the payment of its great labor on behalf of the humanity has been the evil I treat, a mistreatment that has degraded the life of the animals, up to the point of extinguishing them, this mistreatment would take as a violence towards the animals, an anteroom of the social violence, this violence towards the animals is an intentional act that can be just or appellant and constant, directed to dominating, controlling, attacking or hurting. in addition, that Unfortunately gives itself thanks to the mistreatment towards the animals and to the exploitation of the same one it is that the rights are born towards the animals, and the article 14 of the animal rights says: b) The rights of the animal must be defended for the law, since they it are the rights of the man and " more people are in favor of animal rights for several reasons”.  For that I will present some arguments it brings benefit of the rights over of it towards the animals. First, the animal right allow us have to a good equality treatment or a principle of equality. This is according to the animal book´s Peter Singer's liberation, who affirms that all the animals possess the same content of suffering such as the human being to have it, and this vital characteristic is the one that gives them the right to be considered evenly, it is possible to say that every being who has the desire to live, has to live through a life without suffering. The second reason of the importance of the animal rights, it is that these rights they preserve the life to the animals, since many animals are being extinguished by the indiscriminate abuses of the human beings, in such a way that the humanity commits a genocide finishing with such a race, for this second reason I say that its preserves the life, likewise, the  third reason for the one that performs supreme importance the animal rights is because they generate a positive change in our conduct, so the day that we consider to the equal animals us, let's think them and let's respect them for forming a part of our world, we will be breaking with paradigms that we believe correct and it is to his time would allow us to preserve the planet that we live, this is according to the Animalia net kingdom its says that our planet cannot live without the animals, at the time, not alone the third reason is important, but also the fourth reason that is vital in these rights and for that many persons agree it is that this rights offers a protection, In spite of the fact that it is some of the rights most damaged in the animals on the part of the persons, these rights try to preserve to the animals avoiding genocide in such a way that the genre of such an animal could continue existing and generating a great benefit for our own ecosystem, and so on, the fifth reason that shows the importance of these animal rights is because it is slightly just, then we the human beings are the beings that we must have the principle justice as the highest principle of our ethics, Due to the fact that we are not to realize any act of injustices; not much less to violate the rights of some little looking for a benefit, since nobody has right to ill-treating to an animal to extract profit of this one. The seventh reason is because it is an evolutionary morality of the humanity, reason that makes us more reasonable human beings since we allow that the nature should have a balance in its same, and not we who we put the limits of this nature, we play the role ourselves responsible for its care, on having recognized the great importance that has the rights of the animals. The eighth reason and not that of less importance is that all the animals have the right to be taken care, treated well and loved, is the principal reason for which many persons agree with the rights of the animals, and the last reason for which many persons are agreement with the rights of the animals is because the animals have the right to live in its habitat, Habitat that the man has destroyed and as such we must protect them without causing any negative effect in his its lives. For these nine reasons I can demonstrate the great importance that the rights of the animals have in these times of technological revolution.
