HEALTHY FOOD
Healthy eating is based on an intake of food that provides the necessary
nutrients to keep us healthy, feel good and have energy. These nutrients
include proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, and healthy habits; This healthy
diet is an excellent way to help our bodies stay strong and healthy, because
what we eat can influence our immune system, our mood and our energy level, but
there are foods or styles that could cause us the opposite when it comes to
talking about healthy eating, as is the case with fast foods. And a healthy diet would prolong us life.
Fast food was born in response to the pace of life in large cities,
since it is not so common to eat at home, much less prepare food in a proper
way in our homes. Which leads us to resort increasingly to fast food,
integrating it into our dietary habits; but its daily consumption could cause
problems in our health, and bring many diseases such as cardiovascular disease
or obesity, which would be a direct blow to our style of healthy eating and
much more to our life that would be cut off over time.
